Insurance & payment
Juva Dental accepts many dental PPO plans. Because benefits and network participation vary by plan, keep your insurance card nearby when you call. Patients without insurance are welcome, and CareCredit is accepted.
Spanish-speaking team support
Spanish-speaking team support is available. Let us know when you call so we can plan accordingly.
Are you open on Friday or on weekends?
Our regular hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8 am–6 pm, and Wednesday, 8 am–1 pm. We are closed Friday through Sunday. Holiday hours may vary.
How do I check fees and insurance before booking?
Call (954) 921-0321 with your plan information and the type of visit you need. Our team can discuss fees and help check your specific plan. Patients without insurance are welcome.
